FAQ: My Keysight E3600 series power supply is broken; how can I get it fixed?

If your Keysight E36xxA fails within three years of the original purchase, Keysight will repair or replace it free of charge. If the instrument fails after the three year warranty has expired, Keysight will provide a quote to repair or replace at the customer's expense.

You can return your failed instrument to the nearest Keysight Service Center. Depending on the nature of the failure, the Service Center will arrange to either repair or replace the instrument.
